No, you do not need to be home! Most of our clients prefer to leave entry instructions (like a lockbox code or front desk key transfer). If you are home, we will happily clean around you with minimal disruption.
Yes, absolutely! Our cleaning coordinators arrive fully equipped with vacuums, mops, fresh microfiber towels, and our proprietary line of non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning formulas. You do not need to supply anything.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a clean. Rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours of your clean may incur a small fee to help compensate the cleaning coordinators for their scheduled time.
